According to the present invention, patients of a therapeutic group suitable for applying miRNAs such as miR-3670, miR-4477a and miR-8078 having excellent anticancer efficacy with high accuracy can be selected.본 발명은 serpinb5에 대하여 약물반응성을 가지고, 암세포의 증식을 억제하거나 자발적 사멸을 유도할 수 있는 miRNA 또는 siRNA를 함유하는 암치료용 의약조성물 및 serpinb5을 바이오마커 용도로 사용하여, 상기 serpinb5를 이용한 치료대상을 결정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법 및 serpinb5에 대한 약물반응성 예측용 키트에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 우수한 항암 효능을 보이는 miR-3670, miR-4477a 및 miR-8078 등의 miRNA을 적용하는데 적합한 치료군의 환자를 높은 정확도로 선별할 수 있다.
