PURPOSE: A sustained release formulation containing porous carrier having -Si-O- region and biodegradable polymer is provided to effectively control the release of active ingredient of agricultural chemical. CONSTITUTION: A sustained release formulation contains: a porous carrier containing -Si-O- site and biodegradable polymer, and an active ingredient dipped by the porous carrier. The biodegrable polymer is conjugated with -Si-O- site by covalent bond. The biodegradable polymer is curdlan, cellulose, pullulan, gellan, zooglan, levan, xanthan gum, starch, or chitosan. The effective ingreidnet is fertilizer ingredient or agricultural chemical ingredient. The fertilizer ingredient is magnesium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron, calcium, sulfur, or germanium.-Si-O- 부위 및 생분해성 고분자를 포함하는 다공성 담체； 및 상기 다공성 담체에 의하여 담지된 유효성분을 포함하는 서방성 제제를 개시한다. 또한, 다공성 담체 내에 -Si-O- 부위를 형성할 수 있는 전구체가 용해되어 있는 염기성 수용액에 생분해성 고분자를 용해시켜 생분해성 고분자가 용해된 제1 용액을 준비하는 단계； 상기 제1 용액에 방사선을 조사하는 단계； 상기 방사선이 조사된 제1 용액에 유효성분을 첨가하여 상기 제1 용액보다 산도가 낮은 제2 용액을 준비하는 단계； 및 상기 제2 용액을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 서방성 제제의 제조 방법을 개시한다.
