PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation assisting apparatus having a novel structural in which maintenance in equipping condition and stabilization in detection accuracy are realized according to surface shape of chest and in which uncomfortable feeling upon use is reduced.SOLUTION: There is provided a cardiopulmonary resuscitation assisting apparatus 10 assisting cardiopulmonary resuscitation by chest compression. A pressure sensor part 12 placed on chest has a flexible structure in which a first electrode 20a and a second electrode 20b made of conductive elastomer are superposed on a dielectric layer 16 made of elastomer. A pressure detecting part 22 is constructed with opposing parts of the first and second electrodes 20a, 20b. A power supply apparatus 40 applying voltage for measurement and a detecting means 42 detecting electrostatic capacity of the pressure detecting part 22 are connected. In addition, processing means 44, 46, 48 are arranged, which calculate from a detected value by the detecting means 42 at least one item of evaluation information of chest compression number, chest compression number per a unit time, chest compression depth upon chest compression, chest compression depth upon releasing chest, and ratio of chest compression time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】胸部の表面形状に対応して装着状態の維持や検出精度の安定化が図られると共に、使用時の違和感も低減される、新規な構造の心肺蘇生術補助装置を提供すること。【解決手段】胸部圧迫による心肺蘇生術を補助する心肺蘇生術補助装置10であって、胸部に重ね合わされる感圧部12が、エラストマ製の誘電体層16に導電性エラストマ製の第一の電極20aと第二の電極20bを重ね合わせた柔軟な構造を有している。第一,第二の電極20a,20bの対向部分で圧力検出部22が構成されて、計測用電圧を印加する電源装置40と、圧力検出部22の静電容量を検出する検出手段42とが接続されている。更に、検出手段42の検出値から、胸部圧迫回数と、単位時間当たりの胸部圧迫回数と、胸部圧迫時の胸部押込み深さと、胸部解放時の胸部押込み深さと、胸部圧迫時間の割合との、少なくとも一つの評価情報を算出する処理手段44,46,48が設けられている。【選択図】図1
