The present invention provides this through a watersoluble composition comprising at least one bioactive lipophilic substance selected from one or more of ubiquinone, ubiquinol and semi-ubiquinone and micelle-promoting agents comprising one or more of carrier oils, solvents, emulsifiers, antioxidants and excipients.
