According to the present invention, owing to the effects listed above, the carbamoylated urethane compound can be useful for preventing or treating neuroinflammatory diseases.본 발명은 카바모일레이티드 우레탄 화합물을 포함하는 신경염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 미세아교세포(microglia) 또는 성상교세포의 활성을 억제하는 효과, 일산화질소(NO) 및 TNF-α의 생성을 억제하는 효과, IL-1β 및 iNOS 유전자의 발현을 억제하는 효과를 나타내는 카바모일레이티드 우레탄 화합물을 포함하는 신경염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 카바모일레이티드 우레탄 화합물은 상기와 같은 효과를 나타내어 신경염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
