PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable leveling work suited for a field.SOLUTION: A seedling planting device is connected to the rear side of a traveling vehicle body via a raising/lowering link device, and a leveling rotary that performs ground leveling work by rotating about a horizontal leveling rotary shaft via an arm projecting forward from the seedling planting device is provided behind the traveling vehicle body in such a manner as to freely rise and fall. A vertical movement detection mechanism is provided for detecting the vertical movement of a center float provided in the seedling planting device.
