PURPOSE: A crab porridge cooking method is provided to agglomerate a pulverized material and not to spread by freezing crab before pulverization. CONSTITUTION: Crab is quick-frozen at a temperature of 50°;C below 0°;C for 10 to 30 minutes. The whole frozen crab is pulverized in a grinder for 3 to 4 times at each period of 5 to 10 minutes to a size of 100 to 300 mesh. A pulverized material of the pulverized crab is shifted out with a fine cloth or a sieve of 200 to 300 mesh. The less pulverized shell pieces on the cloth or the sieve are put into the grinder again and ground for 5 to 10 minutes to be pulverized at a size of 100 to 300 mesh. The pulverized material of the pulverized crab is added into water at 100°;C and parboiled for 5 to 10 minutes. Potatoes are steamed for 20 to 30 minutes, skin of the potatoes is peeled off, shifted out with a fine cloth or a sieve of 200 to 300 mesh, and then ground to a size of 100 to 300 mesh. After washing rice, the rice is soaked in water for 20 to 30 minutes and steamed for 20 to 30 minutes on a hemp cloth laid in a steam pot without water to prepare hard-boiled rice. Rice is soaked in water for 20 to 30 hours, 10 to 20 wt% of water based on a weight of the rice is added thereto, and ground for 5 to 10 minutes by using a grinder to pulverize the rice at a size of 100 to 300 mesh. 20 wt% of the crab pulverized material, 40 wt% of the potato pulverized material, 20 wt% of the rice pulverized material, and 20 wt% of water are mixed and boiled for 10 to 30 minutes. 5 wt% of the hard-boiled rice and thinly sliced green onion are added to the 100 wt% of crab porridge.본 발명은 냉동시킨 후 100∼300 메시로 분쇄한 게와 역시 찐 후 100∼300 메시로 분쇄한 감자 및 100∼300 메시로 분쇄한 쌀과 물을 혼합하여 끓인 후 고두밥을 넣은 게 죽 및 그 조리방법에 관한 것이다.
