PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a treatment of suppressing enlargement of an aneurysm created in a biological lumen easier than conventional methods.SOLUTION: An indwelling device 1 is a device that injects clogging agent 5 and allows the agent to indwell inside a bulge 61 occurring in a body lumen 60 using a catheter 40. The indwelling device 1 comprises: a frame member 30 which is formed in a freely expandable/contractable manner； and a tubular member 20 through which the catheter 40 can be inserted. The tubular member 20 is disposed in such a manner that, when the frame member 30 is in an expanded state, one opening end 21 of the tubular member 20 is directed in a direction intersecting an extending direction of the body lumen 60. A clogging material included in the clogging agent 5 includes: base gel having flowability with which the clogging agent 5 can flow inside the catheter 40 and shape retainability with which the clogging material can stay inside the bulge 61 after being injected from the catheter 40 into the bulge 61； and a solidification promoting substance promoting solidification of blood inside the bulge 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】生体管腔に生じた瘤の拡大を抑制する処置を従来に比べて容易化すること。【解決手段】留置装置１は、生体管腔６０に生じた瘤６１内にカテーテル４０を用いて閉塞剤５を注入して留置する装置である。留置装置１は、拡縮自在に形成された骨格部材３０と、カテーテル４０を挿通可能な管状部材２０と、を備える。管状部材２０は、骨格部材３０が拡張状態にあるとき、生体管腔６０の延在方向と交わる向きに一の開口端２１を向けるように配設されている。閉塞剤５に含まれる閉塞物質は、カテーテル４０内を流動可能な流動性及びカテーテル４０から瘤６１内への注入後に瘤６１内に留まることが可能な保形性を有するベースゲルと、瘤６１内に存在する血液の固形化を促進する固形化促進物質と、を含む。【選択図】図１
