The present disclosure is directed to an oxygen delivery system that distributes oxygen-enriched air around a patients head and face without requiring a physical connection to the patient. The oxygen is distributed by the system through one or more fluid outputs, which are operatively connected to an oxygen supply line either directly or indirectly through at least one fluid transmission line, manifold or plenum. This directed oxygen mixes with the air surrounding the patient to produce an oxygen-enriched environment at the exit side of the fluid outputs.
