The invention provides a composition or a tablet comprising a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a plurality of solid carrier particles, preferably silica particles, as well as a method for providing a mixture with said compound and particles. The compound of formula (I) inhibits the activity of cytochrome P-450.
