The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing and screening an allergic disease according to an expression pattern of CTCF in atopic and allergic diseases. When the diagnostic method of the present invention is used, the accuracy of diagnosis of allergic diseases is increased, and therefore, a great utilization is expected for the effective diagnosis of allergic diseases. In addition, it is anticipated that knockout mice will be able to effectively screen effective ingredients for allergic diseases.본 발명은 아토피 및 알러지 질환에서의 CTCF의 발현 패턴에 따른 알러지 질환 진단 및 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 진단법을 이용하는 경우, 알러지 질환 진단의 정확도가 증가하므로 효과적인 알러지 관련 질환 진단에 큰 활용이 기대된다. 또한, 낙아웃된 마우스를 통해 알러지 질환에 유효성분을 효과적으로 스크리닝 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
