A fusion prosthesis (1), disposed between a first bone structure (2) and a second bone structure (3) to replace the bone structure between the first bone structure (2) and the second bone structure (3). The fusion prosthesis (1) comprises a prosthesis main body (10) and prosthesis fusion surfaces (20, 60) disposed on the prosthesis main body (10); the prosthesis fusion surfaces (20, 60) press against at least one of the first bone structure (2) and the second bone structure (3); and the prosthesis fusion surfaces are provided with microporous structures (30).
