Disclosed herein a premixed plastering/polishing formulation employed as a protective and decorative element on the walls or any surfaces, wherein said formulation comprises a synergistic blend of Portland Cement 063, Calcium carbonate, Silica sand and a Cement Hardener 369, wherein said premixed formulation is characterized in that capable of having water resistant and withstanding high heat during drying, attains fast hardening in a single application of less than 5mm thickness.
