The device comprises a feeding body, at least a senor, a timer, a compare module, a video module, a communication module, and an audio module. The feeding body is for providing water and pet food to pets. The sensor is for detecting the feeding body and pet’s activity. The timer is for calculating time interval of sensing signals. The compare module is for comparing option data and sensing signals according to the time interval to produce a first comparison signal. The processor is for controlling the feeding body to provide water and pet food and produce a control instruction. The video module is for shooting and producing multimedia information according to the control instruction. The audio module transceives a sound source.
