The insulation structure is arranged between the output shaft (22) and the blade (14) so as to realise an insulation matching connection between the blade (14) and the output shaft (22), wherein the insulation structure comprises a connecting base (3), the connecting base (3) comprises a main body portion (31) made of insulating materials, the main body portion (31) is provided with an output shaft connecting portion connected to the output shaft (22) in a fastening and matching manner, and at least two blade connecting portions connected to the blade (14) in a fastening and matching manner, and the output shaft connecting portion is isolated from any one blade connecting portion in an insulated manner.
