A laser therapy apparatus (10), of the type comprising a diode (22)-based continuous emission laser source (21), a diode (12)-based pulsed emission laser source (11), and a terminal handpiece (39), and further comprising a bundle of optic fibers (34) for coupling between individual diodes (12, 22) of the diode based pulsed emission laser source, which is interfaced with a single optic fiber (38) which terminates in the handpiece (39).
