PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus which can detect whether or not an EI corresponding to the dose of a radiation emitted from a radiation generator reaches a target value EIT using a basic configuration of the apparatus without providing new means to the apparatus.SOLUTION: Control means 22 of a radiation imaging apparatus 1 applies on-voltage to each scan line 5 from scan drive means 15 to perform reset processing of each radiation detection element 7, terminates the reset processing of each radiation detection element 7 when receiving a signal to the effect that irradiation of the radiation from the radiation generator is started, sequentially applies the on-voltage to each scan line 5 from the scan drive means 15 to start reading processing of image data, simultaneously, notifies of information to the effect that irradiation of the radiation is permitted for the radiation generator, and instructs irradiation termination of the radiation to the radiation generator at the time point when the image data read from the radiation detection element 7 in a region of interest ROI set for each imaging portion is equal to or greater than a prescribed threshold.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線発生装置から照射された放射線の線量に対応するEIが目標値EITに達したか否かの検出を、装置に新たな手段を設けることなく、装置の基本的な構成を利用して行うことが可能な放射線画像撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】放射線画像撮影装置1の制御手段22は、走査駆動手段15から各走査線5にオン電圧を印加して各放射線検出素子7のリセット処理を行わせる。放射線発生装置から放射線の照射を開始する旨の信号を受信すると、各放射線検出素子7のリセット処理を終了させ、走査駆動手段15から各走査線5にオン電圧を順次印加させて画像データの読み出し処理を開始させる。同時に、放射線発生装置に放射線の照射を許容する旨を通知し、撮影部位ごとに設定される関心領域ROI内の放射線検出素子7から読み出した画像データが所定の閾値以上になった時点で、放射線発生装置に対して放射線の照射終了を指示する。【選択図】図2
