The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing stick-type cosmetics for molding stick-type cosmetics such as eyebrow pencils. Existing pencil core cosmetics, which are manufactured by inserting a cosmetic material into a die and molding the cosmetic material into a certain shape, have problems as follows: the cosmetics cannot be applied satisfactorily to the skin due to weak hardness； there are a large number of manufacturing processes； and the length of a pencil core is limited. To solve the problems, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing stick-type cosmetics, comprising: a mixing process (S10) of mixing cosmetic powder materials pulverized into a constant size； a molding process (S20) of inserting and extruding the mixed cosmetic power materials； a drying process (S30) of drying the extruded stick-type cosmetics； a cutting process (S40) of cutting the dried stick-type cosmetics into a constant length； and a combining process (S50) of combining the cut stick-type cosmetics with a cosmetic container. Therefore, stick-type cosmetics are manufactured easily at low costs as the length of the stick-type cosmetics is not limited, and can be used conveniently by having a certain hardness. Moreover, the cross section of the cosmetics can be changed and thus the cosmetics are preferred by consumers.본 발명은 아이 브로우 등의 스틱 화장품을 성형하기 위한 스틱형 화장품의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.종래에 금형 내로 화장품 원료를 투입하여 일정 형상으로 성형함으로써 제조된 심체 화장품의 경도가 약하여 피부에 칠할 때 느껴지는 발림성이 만족스럽지 못 할뿐만 아니라 제조 공정이 많고 심체의 길이가 한정되는 등의 문제점들이 있는데 이를 해결하기 위하여, 일정 크기로 분쇄한 파우더 화장품 원료를 혼합하는 혼합공정(S10)과, 혼합된 파우더 화장품 원료를 투입하여 압출하는 성형공정(S20)과, 압출된 스틱 화장품을 건조하는 건조공정(S30)과, 건조된 스틱 화장품을 일정 길이로 절단하는 절단공정(S40)과, 절단된 스틱 화장품을 화장품 용기에 결합하는 결합공정(S50)을 포함하는 스틱형 화장품의 제조방법이 제공된다.따라서 스틱 화장품의 길이가 한정되지 않으므로 제조가 용이하고 제조 코스트가 절감되며, 일정 경도를 가지게 되어 발림성이 양호하여 사용이 편리하고, 특히 화장품의 단면 모양을 변경하는 것이 가능하고 소비자들의 선호도가 높게 된다.
