The present invention relates to a furrow mulching vinyl punching apparatus which is to form a hole for planting a seedling by punching a vinyl for mulching buried under a furrow to plant a seed or a seedling, removing a piece of cut vinyl at the same time, and discharging soil to the outside while filling the soil inside a punching apparatus. The furrow mulching vinyl punching apparatus of the present invention comprises: a main body formed in a tube body having a predetermined length having an inner space formed therein, forming an opening penetrating both surfaces at an upper end thereof, forming a punching blade for punching a vinyl at a lower end thereof, and forming a filling part having a hole filled with soil in the inner space thereof to plant a seedling； an upper plate having a handle formed on an upper end of the main body； one or more collecting pins for collecting a piece of vinyl generated while punching the vinyl by the punching blade in the inner space of the main body； and a stopper means for adjusting the depth of a hole by restricting the depth buried under ground of an outer surface of the main body.본 발명은 씨앗이나 모종을 심기 위하여 이랑에 깔린 멀칭용 비닐을 천공하면서 잘려진 비닐조각을 동시에 제거하면서 천공기 내부로 흙이 채워지면서 외부로 배출토록 하여 모종을 심기 위한 구멍을 형성토록 한 것으로, 내공간이 형성된 일정길이의 관체로 되어 상단에 양면으로 관통된 개구부가 형성되고 하단에 비닐천공을 위한 천공날이 형성되고 내공간에 흙이 채워져 모종을 심는 구멍을 형성하는 채움부가 형성된 본체와 상기 본체의 상단에는 손잡이가 형성된 상판이 조립되고 상기 본체의 내공간에는 천공날에 의해 비닐이 천공되면서 발생된 비닐조각을 수거하는 하나 또는 복수 개의 수거핀을 구비하고 본체의 외측면 땅속에 박히는 깊이를 제한하여 구멍의 깊이를 조절하는 스토퍼수단을 구비토록 한 것이다.
