The present invention relates to a tissue-specific promoter derived from Chinese cabbage. Specifically, the present invention discloses a Chinese cabbage-derived promoter capable of inducing tissue-specific expression of a plant, and uses this to express a target gene in a tissue-specific manner . The tissue-specific promoter according to the present invention can induce the expression of a target gene in a tissue-specific manner, and thus can be usefully used for the development of a transgenic plant capable of producing a high-value-added useful ingredient in large quantities.본 발명은 배추 유래의 조직 특이적 프로모터에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 식물체의 조직 특이적 발현을 유도할 수 있는 배추 유래의 프로모터를 개시하고, 이를 이용하여 목적 유전자를 식물체에 조직 특이적으로 발현시키기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조직 특이적 프로모터는 조직 특이적으로 목적 유전자의 발현을 유도할 수 있기 때문에 고부가가치 유용성분을 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 형질전환 식물의 개발에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
