[Solution] An inspection assistance system 1 is provided with: a packaging unit 504 that performs a packaging process in which one or more tablets are packaged in a packaging material for each administration timing on the basis of prescription data； and a posterior deviation detection unit 510 that, when at least some of the tablets to be filled into a first packaging material in the packaging process are carried and packed in a second packaging material that follows the first packaging material, determines that a posterior deviation malfunction has occurred with respect to the first packaging material and the second packaging material.
