The present invention relates to a spinal adjustment system and specifically, to a spinal adjustment system which equips a bed and additionally includes a supporting device and a cylinder device in the lower part and lifts one side of the bed using the cylinder device. While the bed is lifted, vibrations are provided to ankles in order to vibrate the spinal in order for the spinal to be relaxed, and correction of the spinal becomes easier by compressing the spinal using the compressive rollers.
