PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical carrier obtained by impregnating a three-dimensional fiber structure formed of front and back two sheets of ground weaves and connecting yarns for connecting the ground weaves, with chemicals for insecticide, germicide, deodorization, aromatization or the like, stably maintaining the evaporation of the chemicals, and hardly causing fraying of fiber or the like.
SOLUTION: The chemical carrier is obtained by cutting the three-dimensional fiber structure constituted of the front and back two sheets of the ground weaves and the connecting yarns into optional shapes. The evaporation of the chemicals is stably maintained and the fraying of the fiber or the like is prevented by forming the chemical carrier in which the front and back ground weaves are directly joined at &ge50% of cut perimeters of the three-dimensional fiber structure by the fusion of the fibers of the front and back ground weaves at the cut faces.
