A liner for use with a respiratory mask having a face-engaging portion having nasal pillows is provided, where the liner includes a body constructed from an absorbent material, the body having a first pair of apertures and a second pair of apertures spaced from the first pair of apertures. The first pair of apertures receives the nasal pillows, and the second pair of apertures is aligned with the nasal pillows when the liner is in a folded configuration.
