The present invention relates to a disposable medical handpiece. More specifically, in configuring a pistol-shaped handpiece, which is a surgical instrument, a structure of the surgical instrument is enhanced, thereby achieving convenience and safety in operation and simplification of the structure. According to the present invention, the disposable medical handpiece is a surgical instrument configured to allow a cutting tool disposed on a front end to be operated by a pulling operation of a trigger performed while the medical handpiece is gripped by a hand. The disposable medical handpiece comprises: a pistol-shaped handle which can be set to a safety mode to prevent a random action of a trigger； and one or more weight bodies additionally attached to the handle and provided to enhance work safety through movement of the center of gravity of an instrument that applies the load to a surgical operation area.본 발명은 일회용 의료 핸드피스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외과적 시술기구인 권총형 핸드피스를 구성함에 있어, 기구의 구조적 개선을 통한 작업의 편의성 및 안정성 확보와 더불어 구조의 단순화를 도모할 수 있도록 한 일회용 의료 핸드피스에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 손으로 파지한 상태에서의 방아쇠 동작의 실시로 선단에 장비한 절삭툴이 작동되도록 하는 외과적 시술기구로서, 방아쇠의 임의작동을 방지키 위한 안전모드 설정이 가능한 권총형 손잡이기구； 및, 상기 손잡이기구에 부가장착하여, 시술부위로 하중을 실어주는 기구의 무게중심 이동을 통해 작업안정성이 향상되도록 하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 중량체；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
