The technology provided herein generally relates to novel specific photoimmuno-theranostics for the use in detection and elimination of skin cancer cells. The technology also relates to novel methods which generate homogeneous and specific photoimmuno-theranostics reagents in a simple, controlled and efficient way. This method combines molecular optical imaging, photodynamic therapy and immunotherapy using SNAP-tag technology.La présente invention concerne de manière générale une nouvelle technique photo-immuno-théranostique spécifique destinée à être utilisée dans la détection et l'élimination de cellules de cancer de la peau. L'invention concerne également de nouveaux procédés qui produisent des réactifs photo-immuno-théranostiques homogènes et spécifiques de manière simple, contrôlée et efficace.
