The present invention provides an apparatus for measuring the circadian illuminance, which comprises: a circadian wavelength filter passing external light in accordance with a circadian rhythm sensitivity curve； a light detection unit detecting the external light which has passed through the circadian wavelength filter, converting the external light into an analog signal, and outputting the analog signal； and a circadian illuminance calculation unit converting the analog signal into a digital signal and calculating the circadian illuminance of the external light.본 발명은, 외부 광을 일주기 리듬 감도 곡선에 따라 통과시키는 일주기 파장 필터와, 일주기 파장 필터를 통과한 외부 광을 감지하여 이를 아날로그 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 광 감지부와, 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하여 외부 광의 일주기 조도를 산출하는 일주기 조도 산출부를 포함하는 일주기 조도 측정 장치를 제공한다.
