The invention provides a hollow fiber film type blood purifying device, which is called dry or semi-dry hollow fiber film type blood purifying device filled with hollow fiber film formed with hydrophobic macromolecule and hydrophilic macromolecule, wherein, although it is sterilized with electron beam, the hydrophilic macromolecule dissolve out little, and the reduction of blood adaption can be restrained. By protecting hollow fiber film and controlling oxygen thickness around the film with special quality of moisture protection agent in the dry or semi-dry hollow fiber film type blood purifying device, the increase of dissolving out quality of the hydrophilic macromolecule from the hollow fiber film, and companied reduction of blood adaption can be greatly restrained.
