PURPOSE: A nano-fiber coating apparatus for medical care and a nano-fiber coating method thereof are provided to maintain a coating layer in thin thickness by forming the even thickness of the coating layer on the surface of medical products and simultaneously to improve the physical property such as tensile strength of the products. CONSTITUTION: A nano-fiber coating apparatus for medical care comprises a collector(100) with which a medical product is combined； and a coating unit(300) mounted with a first nozzle(322) and second nozzle(332) which spray a nano-fiber on the medical product. The first and the second nozzle is inclinedly arranged at an angle to converge each other from each position with a identical space from the medial product. The nano-fiber injected from the first and the second nozzle generates a swirl by cross-colliding each other on the position before the coating of the medical product.본 발명은 의료용 나노섬유 코팅장치 및 나노섬유 코팅방법으로써, 코팅물질을 의료용품에 도포하여 코팅층이 형성된 의료용품의 기계적 물성을 향상시키기 위한 의료용 나노섬유 코팅장치 및 나노섬유 코팅방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 의료용 나노섬유 코팅장치는, 의료용품이 결합되는 콜렉터와； 상기 의료용품에 나노섬유를 분사하는 다수의 노즐이 장착된 코팅부； 를 포함하여 이루어지되, 각각의 상기 노즐은 각각의 상기 노즐을 통해 분사되는 나노섬유가 상기 의료용품에 도포되기 이전에 상호 교차하여 충돌하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
