This resin moulded body includes: a polyolefin body including a crystalline region and an amorphous region； and a hydrophilic polymer included from the surface of the polyolefin body to a portion of the amorphous region below the surface. Furthermore, this method for producing the resin moulded body includes: a step in which the polyolefin body including the crystalline region and the amorphous region is prepared； a step in which a coating film of the hydrophilic polymer is formed on the surface of the polyolefin body； and a step in which the polyolefin body on which the coating film of the hydrophilic polymer has been formed is subjected to heat treatment. As a result of the heat treatment, the coating film-like hydrophilic polymer is made to impregnate the polyolefin body from the surface to the portion of the amorphous region below the surface. This resin moulded body includes: the hydrophilic polymer which serves as a surface treatment material； and the polyolefin body provided with a surface serving as a region to be treated, an amorphous region layer inside said surface, and a mixed layer which includes the amorphous region and the crystalline region and which is located inside the amorphous region layer.
