The present invention relates to a tablet capsule forming device capable of high speed forming, comprising: a pair of forming drums rotating face-to-face and having a plurality of capsule forming grooves depressed and formed corresponding to a half of the shape of the tablet capsule shape in the outside a medicinal liquid injection portion disposed between the pair of forming drums, wherein a plurality of nozzles for supplying the medicinal liquid to the capsule forming grooves are formed symmetrically with respect to the center of both sides and a drum driving portion for rotating the forming drum. The medicinal liquid injection portion includes an injection portion body having a contact curved surface having both sides of a lower end portion corresponding to a circumferential shape of the forming drum which is inserted into a sealing position where the pair of the capsule forming grooves are in contact with each other. The plurality of nozzles are arranged at different heights in the axial direction of the forming drum.
