A vision correction device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first pipe which has an eyepiece lens installed to have a first focal length on the inner peripheral surface of a front end； a second pipe which moves the inside of the first pipe back and forth by being inserted into the first pipe and has an objective concave lens having a second focal length on the inner peripheral surface of an front end and an intermediate concave lens installed to have a third focal distance； and a third pipe which is formed in the outside of the second pipe and the first pipe and is combined with the second pipe. The eyepiece lens is a convex lens, the objective concave lens is formed at one end close to an object between both ends of the second pipe, the intermediate concave lens can be formed at the other end close to a user between both ends of the second pipe, and a first coupling part is formed in the front end inner peripheral surface of the first pipe and a second coupling part is formed in the front end outer peripheral surface of the second pipe such that the first coupling part and the second coupling part can be combined with each other. The second coupling part is formed to protrude in a thread direction and the first coupling part can be a groove capable of accommodating the second coupling part formed to protrude in the thread direction in order to move in the first pipe back and forth while rotating the second pipe in a clockwise or a counterclockwise direction. A scale may be formed on the front end outer peripheral surface of the first pipe so that a user can adjust the position of the second pipe and the third pipe according to the vision of the user.
