The second coupling part is formed to protrude in a thread direction and the first coupling part can be a groove capable of accommodating the second coupling part formed to protrude in the thread direction in order to move in the first pipe back and forth while rotating the second pipe in a clockwise or a counterclockwise direction. A scale may be formed on the front end outer peripheral surface of the first pipe so that a user can adjust the position of the second pipe and the third pipe according to the vision of the user.
