To provide a technique capable of enhancing safety and convenience of an ultraviolet radiation device.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet radiation device 10 comprises: an ultraviolet light source 30 for outputting an ultraviolet; an integral type sensor 36 for measuring an integral dose of an ultraviolet based on electric characteristic which is varied according to a cumulative absorption amount of the ultraviolet from the ultraviolet light source 30; and a control unit 50 for controlling an operation of the ultraviolet light source 30 based on a measured value of the integral type sensor 36.
