PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform prescribed image conversion processing with respect to an additional visual target by easily adding a visual target generated by a user.
SOLUTION: A visual target presenting device includes: a display a first storage means for storing a visual target prepared by a manufacturer a visual target selection switch for selecting the visual target of the first storage means an image conversion processing selection switch for selecting the image conversion processing to change a contrast rate or to invert black and white with respect to the visual target displayed on the display a writable second storage means for storing the visual target of a prescribed file name an image selection switch for selecting the visual target generated by the user in the second storage means and a control means for calling the visual target from the second storage means, based on the selection signal of the image selection switch, and displaying the visual target on the display. When the visual target with the prescribed file name imparted thereto is called, the control means displays the visual target on the display, which is image-converted based on the signal input of the image conversion processing selection switch.
