PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a possibility of electromagnetic noise being transmitted from means for outputting a drive waveform signal of a vibration type actuator to the vibration type actuator.SOLUTION: A measurement system for measuring a physical amount related to an electromagnetic wave or a magnetic field includes: a vibration type actuator； waveform generation means for generating a drive waveform signal of the vibration type actuator； optical transmission means for receiving the drive waveform signal and converting it to an optical signal； optical reception means for receiving the optical signal and converting it to an AC voltage signal； and a drive circuit for receiving the AC voltage signal and outputting a drive voltage to be applied to the vibration type actuator. The waveform generation means and the optical transmission means are disposed outside a magnetic shield chamber. The optical reception means, the drive circuit and the vibration type actuator are disposed inside the magnetic shield chamber.
