PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trans-gastrostomal jejunal tube capable of reliably retaining a placement position of a distal end of a jejunal catheter by easily integrating a gastrostomal catheter member with a jejunal catheter member after insertion of the gastrostomal catheter member.SOLUTION: The trans-gastrostomal jejunal tube comprises a gastrostomal catheter member 2 and a jejunal catheter member 3. The gastrostomal catheter member 2 includes: a shaft 6 to be inserted into a gastrostoma an intragastric locking part 7 to be locked to an inner wall of the stomach and a body surface contact part 8 coming into contact with an abdominal wall outer surface. The jejunal catheter member 3 includes a tube body 4 placed into the jejunum through the shaft 6, and a medicinal solution port 5 for connecting a supply tube of a medicinal solution.
