The present invention presents a novel immunological method (ELISA type) for diagnosing the presence, concentration or title of anti-Influenza A/H1N1/2009 antibodies in samples of blood serum in human subjects or animal models such as ferrets, rats, mice, amongst others. The main component of the diagnosis method is a protein, referred in the invention as dHA63-286-H1N1. Said protein is a fragment of the Hemagglutinin protein of the Influenza A H1N1/2009 virus expressed in Escherichia coli strains. In addition, the invention protects the use of recombinant antigens, which are similar in construction to the dHA63-286-H1N1 protein, so that including a dimer of the Hemagglutinin region comprised between the amino acids 63 and 286 of a specific virus of Influenza A.La presente invención se refiere a un método inmunológico (tipo ELISA) para el diagnóstico de la presencia, concentarción ó título de anticuerpos anti Influenza A/H1N1/2009 en muestras de suero sanguíneo de sujetos humanos ó modelos animales tales como hurones, ratas, ratones, entre otros. El componente fundamental del método diagnóstico es una proteína, referida en la invención como dHA63-286-H1N1. Dicha proteína es un dímero del fragmento de la proteína Hemaglutinina del virus de Influenza A H1N1/2009 expresada en cepas de Escherichia coli. Adicionalmente se protege el uso de antígenos recombinantes, análogos en su construcción a la proteína dHA63-286-H1N1, tal que contengan un dímero de la región de la hemaglutinina comprendida entre los aminoácidos 63 y 286 de un virus específico de Influenza A.
