PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation apparatus which can perform training capable of suppressing pain without stimulation to a rehabilitation object person.SOLUTION: A rehabilitation apparatus comprises: a brain wave measurement part for measuring a brain wave of a rehabilitation object person and acquiring a brain wave signal power spectrum calculation means for calculating a power spectrum of the brain wave signal acquired from the brain wave measurement part feature amount calculation means for determining a characteristic frequency band from the brain wave which is measured during resting, and a characteristic frequency band from the brain wave which is measured during an exercise image time or mental rotation time of the rehabilitation object person in advance, and calculating the power spectrum on the characteristic frequency band which is determined as a feature amount of the brain wave out of the power spectra which are acquired from the power spectrum calculation means linear determination means for substituting the feature amount of the brain wave acquired from the feature amount calculation means to a linear determination function for calculating a determination result which indicates a cortex excitation and display control means for displaying the determination result acquired from the linear determination means on a display screen for feedback to the rehabilitation object person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】リハビリ対象者への刺激なしに痛みを抑制する訓練が可能となるリハビリテーション装置を提供する。【解決手段】リハビリ対象者の脳波を計測して脳波信号を得る脳波計測部と、脳波計測部から得られる脳波信号のパワースペクトルを算出するパワースペクトル算出手段と、事前にリハビリ対象者の運動イメージ時又はメンタルローテーション時と安静時とにおいて計測した脳波から特徴的な周波数帯を求め、パワースペクトル算出手段から得られるパワースペクトルのうち、上述ごとく求めた特徴的な周波数帯におけるパワースペクトルを脳波の特徴量として算出する特徴量算出手段と、この特徴量算出手段から得られる脳波の特徴量を線形判別関数に代入して皮質興奮性を示す判別結果を算出する線形判別手段と、リハビリ対象者へフィードバックするために、線形判別手段から得られた判別結果を表示画面に表示する表示制御手段とを備えている。【選択図】図5
