The disinfection and isolation apparatus (2) comprises a top cover (21) and support elements supporting the top cover (21) at two ends thereof, and a semi-isolated space (3) for patient examination is enclosed and formed by the top cover (21) and the support elements. The disinfection and isolation apparatus (2) is provided with a flow chamber extending from the top cover (21) to the diagnosis table body (1). The flow chamber is provided with a disinfection and filtering unit and a fan therein. The top cover (21) is provided with an air exhaust port at the bottom thereof that is in communication with an air intake port of the fan. An air outlet port (11) in communication with an air outlet port of the fan is disposed on a table top of the diagnosis table body (1).
