The present invention relates to a needless syringe, comprising: a charging lever including an operating arm part and a handle part, wherein the operating arm part has, at one end portion, a lever shaft rotatably coupled to a rear end portion of a cylinder housing, the handle part extends with a curve from the other end portion of the operating arm part, and the handle part is able to rotate up to a folded position where the handle part overlaps the cylinder housing； a lifting member inserted inside the cylinder housing； a link having one end portion pin-coupled to the operating arm part and the other end portion pin-coupled to the lifting member, so as to cause the lifting member to slide back and forth along with rotation operations of the charging lever； an inner cylinder inserted inside the cylinder housing so as to be able to slide back and forth, having a rear end portion integrally coupled to the lifting member, having a front end portion closed by a cap having a passage therein, and having a slit extending from the front end portion； a spring inserted in the inner cylinder； an actuating head inserted in the front of the spring in the inner cylinder, and having a hooking protrusion to be inserted into the slit； and a trigger means including a stopper head part configured to be inserted into the slit of the inner cylinder and released from the slit.
