This invention mainly discloses a puncture equipment which is used to solve a problem of a blindly puncturing process during using conventional puncture tools. The puncture equipment comprises a first pipe, a second pipe and a light guiding member. The first pipe has two first openings at two ends, one of the two first openings formed into a sharp opening portion. The second pipe is disposed in the first pipe, and has two second openings at two ends and an outlet. A lens mounted at one of two second openings. The outlet is located close to the lens and the sharp opening portion of the first pipe. The light guiding member is disposed in the second pipe. Furthermore, a puncture apparatus and signal processing method thereof are disclosed.
