The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cultured wild ginseng extract having increased ginsenoside content by organic acid treatment, a cultured wild ginseng extract having the increased ginsenoside content and manufactured by the same, and a soft capsule containing the cultured wild ginseng extract having the increased ginsenoside content as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a cultured wild ginseng extract having the increased ginsenoside content includes: (a) a step of freezing and drying a cultured wild ginseng tissue-cultured； (b) a step of mixing 15-25 times, in comparison with the weight of the cultured wild ginseng, of an organic acid aqueous solution of 0.05-0.55% (w/v) into the cultured wild ginseng frozen and dried in the step (a)； and (c) a step of extracting a mixture of the step (b) by ultrasonic waves.본 발명은 (a) 조직배양한 산삼배양근을 동결건조하는 단계； (b) 상기 (a) 단계의 동결건조된 산삼배양근에 0.05~0.55 %(w/v)의 유기산 수용액을 산삼배양근 무게 대비 15~25배로 혼합하는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 (b) 단계의 혼합물을 초음파 추출하는 단계를 포함하는, 진세노사이드 함량이 증가된 산삼배양근 추출물의 제조방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 진세노사이드 함량이 증가된 산삼배양근 추출물 및 상기 산삼배양근 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 연질캡슐에 관한 것이다.
