FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely ophthalmology, and may be used for the introduction (delivery) of liquid or gel substances into the exposure point. A dispenser device consists of a hollow cylindrical body, a chamber and a transfer mechanism. The body is open-faced. The body comprises a hole started from one of the faces. From this face it comprises two identical and parallel paths at the distance of one-third length of the entire body. The paths extend inside the body on its side surface, lay in a surface parallel to the face. A bar reciprocating along the paths is arranged perpendicularly between the paths at their free ends. A spring is mounted in each path above the bar. The body space starting from its open end with the hole to the paths with the bar forms a chamber for a cartridge with a substance. A cartridge shape is congruent with the chamber. One face of the cartridge is closed and provided with a cannula. The other face is closed with a detachable protective film and faces the bar. The cartridge has a handle congruent with the body hole. From the opposite body face, a piston is tightly inserted and has a line of teeth of a line length equal to a cartridge length and a height equal to a path half-length on the front end on its side surface along a generatrix. The teeth together with the paths and the bar form a transfer rachet. From the opposite side of the piston, the teeth line is followed by a graduated scale one division of which is equal to a tooth pitch.
