PURPOSE: A portable spraying device is provided to reduce fatigue of operator by spraying fluid with non-power. CONSTITUTION: A portable spraying device comprises a main body(110), a fluid storage hose(130), an outer hose(135), an inlet(102), a pressure valve(120), a connecting hose(140), and a spray nozzle(150). The main body has an accommodation space and suspender is adhered. The fluid storage hose is overlapped inside the main body and is formed with elastomers. The outer cover hose surrounds the exterior of the fluid storage hose. The inlet is formed in the main body and is connected to one end of the fluid storage hose. If the fluid pressure inside the fluid storage hose is excessively increased, the pressure valve ejects the fluid to outside the main body. The connecting hose is connected to the main body and the fluid storage hose.
