PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably construct an underground irrigation system at low cost.SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 for constructing members for underground irrigation constructs water sealing members 44 and 102 and water supply members 62 104 in the ground of a cropland 200 to construct an underground irrigation system (100) in the cropland 200. The apparatus 10 for constructing members for underground irrigation is pulled along the traveling direction of a working machine 210, for example, to thereby form a void (206) in the ground of the cropland 200 and also form a slit (208) raised from the upside of the void to the ground surface.
