The second tubular component is rotatably disposed within the first tubular component. In the curved configuration, the distal portions of the first and second tubular components are positioned to extend at substantially the same acute angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the apparatus. In the substantially straightened configuration, the distal portions of the first and second tubular components are positioned such that the curvatures thereof counterbalance each other.
