PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic usable as a hair setting agent such as a hair wax, a hair cream and a foam hair setting agent or a substrate thereof, further in detail, having excellent hair set maintaining effect and excellent hair set ability, imparting flexibility and moisture to the hair, causing no stickiness, giving no stiffness in finishing and also having smooth feeling.
SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises following ingredients (A) to (D), (A) an N-long chain acylamino acid-based surfactant, (B) one or two kinds selected from film forming agents obtained by polymerizing two or more monomer compositions, containing a copolymerizable monomer, (C) a polyhydric alcohol and (D) a plant oil.
