The present invention relates to a biometrics-based customized rehabilitation system and, more specifically, to a biometrics-based customized rehabilitation system capable of performing user customized rehabilitation exercise by measuring electromyograms and body signals of each user learning the same with a nerve network and controlling torque output of a rehabilitation operating unit depending on states of the electromyograms and the body signals of each user. According to the present invention, the biometrics-based customized rehabilitation system comprises: a body signal measuring unit a rehabilitation tool unit and a control unit. The body signal measuring unit measures the body signals of the user. The rehabilitation tool unit includes an actuator to operate joints of the user for the rehabilitation exercise of the user.
