Provided is a medicine storage cassette which is configured so that, even if two medicine sheets having surfaces in which pockets are formed are stored in the medicine storage cassette while being superposed on each other in such a manner that the surfaces face each other, the medicine storage cassette is capable of dispensing the medicine sheets one at a time. First limiting sections (21) are provided at two vertically separated locations on the dispensing section (2) of a medicine storage cassette (1). The first limiting section (21) is provided with a contact member (21a) which comes into contact with an edge of a leading PTP sheet (100), a support section (21b) which movably supports the contact member (21a) so that the contact member (21a) is capable of riding over the edge of the PTP sheet (100), and a spring (21c) which presses the contact member (21a) in the direction in which the PTP sheet (100) is stopped. The dispensing section (2) has second limiting sections (22) provided at two locations on the left and right.
