PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To induce internal rotation and bending movements occurring in a hip joint toward an external rotation and extending direction and induce the hip joint to an intermediate position, to reduce an unstable state of the hip joint caused by the internal rotation and bending of the hip joint, thereby allowing stable movement of the hip joint without restricting the movement thereof.SOLUTION: Thigh pulling vertical belts 12 are integrally provided in a lower body wear main body 11, and one end of a first thigh pulling diagonal belt 13 is coupled to an upper end of each thigh pulling vertical belt 12, and one end of a second thigh pulling diagonal belt 14 is coupled to a lower end of each thigh pulling vertical belt 12. Then, one end of an elastic belt 15 having a predetermined length is coupled to a coupled part of the other ends of the diagonal belts 13 and 14.
